VILLA FLORIDA
Our privately owned Ground floor apartment is located on a very attractive, relaxing and clean complex. The large well maintained shared swimming pool has an adjacent separate children's pool, and in addition to the sun loungers situated around the pool there is a quiet separate sun terrace.

The small English Pool bar on the complex serves food and drink throughout the day, 7 days a week and has live music selective nights but closes around 11:30pm , so as to keep the complex quite.

This apartment benefits from being fully refurbished when purchased in 2007 and comprises of and main lounge area, a kitchenette with breakfast bar, a twin bedded bedroom, a separate bathroom and a large patio area to the front.
There are three ceiling fans in the apartment which helps to keep it comfortable even on the hotest days.

This lovely Complex, with it's Duplex apartments and attractive communal areas is ideally located at the lower end of Costa Caleta (Caleta De Fuste).

It is only one minute to the rocky coastline and five minutes stroll to the horseshoe shaped beach and the harbour area where you will find sun loungers, parasols and various watersports as well as boat and fishing trips available.

There are a couple of bars and restaurants on your doorstep with many more within a ten minute stroll and a Supermarket just around the corner for those extra rations.

LAS ARENAS
Las Arenas apartment is located in a beautifully maintained, secure, gated complex, directly on Costa Calma beach, Fuerteventura. The area enjoys hot sunshine 365 days of the year.

Costa Calma's golden sands stretch as far as the eye can see. At low tide, there is the opportunity to walk from bay to bay finding a variety of wonderful, secluded coves, eventually reaching the breathtaking Sotavento beach. The area is famous for wind and kite surfing, with the world championships annually held at Sotavento. In and around Costa Calma, there are various high quality restaurants, and a range of bars and shops, all within a close walk of the apartment. In fact, our favourite place to eat lies one minute's walk from the complex!

The apartment stands in a very quiet, immaculately kept and safe complex. The apartment itself contains a king size bed, large fitted wardrobes, lounge area, kitchen with breakfast bar and stools and a spacious bathroom. In the lounge there are two small sofa's (one of which is a sofa bed), Satellite TV with english and european channels, DVD player, CD player with a small library of books, CDs and DVDs. The Kitchen has a washing machine, hob, combi microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle and all the usual utensils. The airport is just a 45 minute drive away, and free parking is readily avaliable near the apartment.
